Jeffrey M. Cochran, D.O.

Dr. Jeffrey M. Cochran is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in spine surgery and general orthopaedic care.
Dr. Cochran earned his medical degree from Ohio University College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Doctors Hospital of Stark County in Massillon, Ohio. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the Cleveland Spine and Arthritis Center at Lutheran Medical Center in Cleveland. Dr. Cochran has been the program director since 1999, when the program was still located at Doctors Hospital of Stark County, and moved with the program to Affinity Medical Center and finally here to Aultman Hospital. Dr. Cochran is a partner and founding physician at Tri County Orthopedic Surgeons, Inc. He has been a team physician for Perry High School for 25+ years and is a team physician for the Malone University Pioneers. |

Dr. Daniel N. Moretta is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon.
Dr. Moretta earned his medical degree from Ohio University College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Doctors Hospital of Stark County in Massillon, Ohio. Dr. Moretta furthered his education through specialty training in Hand and Microvascular Surgery in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Moretta is a partner and founding physician at Tri County Orthopedic Surgeons, Inc. He has been a team physician for Perry High School for 30+ years and is a team physician for the Malone University Pioneers. |
H. Steven Coss, M.D.

Dr. Steven Coss is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in orthopaedic surgery of the knee, shoulder, orthopaedic sports medicine, total joint replacement, and ankle/foot surgery.
Dr. Coss earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at the Naval Medical Center in Oakland, California and his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego. While continuing his education and serving in the United States Navy, Dr. Coss received numerous prestigious awards for his accomplishments and valor, including the Fleet Hospital Meritorious Service Medal and the Naval Commendation Medal for upstanding service while serving as Flight Surgeon Marine of the All Weather Attack Squadron 224. In addition, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for service in Oakland during the San Francisco earthquake. A devoted community servant, Dr. Coss is the team physician for Tuslaw High School. Dr. Coss serves as physician for games and division state championship games, world football championships, and the East West Allstar game. When he's not helping patients, you can find him spending time with his wife and family. He is an avid reader and loves hiking, golfing, and jogging. |
Jeffrey S. Dulik, D.O.

Dr. Jeff Dulik is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon since 2002 and recertified in 2012. He has extensive experience in Direct Anterior total hip replacement (DA THA) and partial/total knee replacement.
He was the first surgeon in the area to adopt the DA THA approach. He has been doing minimally invasive total hip replacement since 2003. Because of his expertise he is a consultant for Simmer-Biomet teaching orthopaedic surgeons the DA total hip approach. He has spoken and taught cadaver labs both locally (Akron, Cleveland, Pittsburgh) and nationally (Miami, Las Vegas, San Diego, New Orleans, etc.) teaching hundreds of surgeons. Dr. Dulik has been a feature speaker on joint replacement at AOAO National conventions. He received his Bachelors degree from Washington and Jefferson College and his medical degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his postdoctoral training through OUHCOM Orthopedic Surgery residency. He joined Spectrum Orthopedics in 2000 and was elected president of the group in 2010, serving a two year term. He is involved in the community, being the Team Physician for Jackson High School since 2001. He is an associate clinic professor of Orthopaedics for OUHCOM teaching in the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency program since July 2000. In his spare time, Dr. Dulik enjoys recreational sports, skiing, mountain biking, golf, and spending time with his family. |
Ericka R. Glass, M.D.

Dr. Ericka Glass is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized training in orthopaedic trauma.
Dr. Glass obtained her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, where she was selected as the Orthopaedic Surgery Student of the Year. She was also active in research, publishing in the American Journal of Orthopaedics. She has since published articles in the Journal of Trauma, Infection, Injury, and Critical Care, focusing on distal tibia fractures and sternoclavicular dislocations. Dr. Glass completed both her internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio, where she was elected by her peers as the Intern of the Year and also served as Chief Resident. In addition, she completed a year of fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Glass is a part of the medical staff at Aultman Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. Dr. Glass also enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students, serving as a clinical instructor of orthopaedic surgery at the Northeast Ohio Medical University. Her interests outside of medicine include running, snowboarding, following college football, and spending time with family. |
Dean J. Marshall, D.O.

Dr. Dean J. Marshall earned his medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio, where he ranked in the top 10% of his graduating class. He completed his internship and his orthopaedic surgery residency at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio. During this time, Dr. Marshall developed a desire to help patients that needed hip and knee replacement surgery. Following his residency, he furthered his education by completing a Fellowship in Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction with Dr. Adolph V. Lombardi, Jr., M.D. and Dr. Keith Berend, M.D. at Joint Implant Surgeons in New Albany, Ohio.
While working at Joint Implant Surgeons, Dr. Marshall focused on learning techniques of minimally invasive surgery of the hip and knee as well as out patient joint replacement surgery. He was heavily involved in Joint Implant Surgeons' research department, writing book chapters along with numerous publications on topics such as outpatient joint replacement, patient specific instrumentation in knee replacement and revision hip implant design. Dr. Marshall graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. During his undergraduate studies, he worked alongside Dr. Carlo Croce, M.D. and Rami Aqeilan, PhD in the Department of Cancer Biology and Genetics. Their work on the WW domain-containing oxidoreductase tumor suppressor gene has been published in multiple journals throughout the world. Dr. Marshall is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Ohio Osteopathic Association, as well as a member to the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and International Congress for Joint Reconstruction. His expertise is in minimally invasive Direct Anterior (DA) hip replacements, Partial (Unicompartment) knee replacements and same day joint replacement surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Marshall enjoys relaxing with family, friends, and is an avid Ohio sports fan. He is married to his wife Jacquelyn, who is also involved in the medical profession as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. |

Diane Little, BA

Diane Little is a graduate of Orrville High School and the University of Mount Union (formerly Mount Union College) with degrees in economics and finance. Most of her career was spent in Human Resources (benefits and compensation) and Public Relations. After taking some time off to spend with her children when they were young, she began working part-time at Magnolia United Methodist Church running the office before starting at Aultman.
Diane lives in Magnolia with her husband, Joe, and their 16-year-old son, Westin, and 14-year-old daughter, Landry. She loves to read and enjoys all sports especially volleyball, gymnastics and baseball and she coaches the gymnastics team at the Tuscarawas County YMCA. |
